I've finally decided to introduce myself ^^ Seeing how I've been here almost a week, it's about time I did so.
C-box / OOC name is Lady Mander. I'm a resident of the lovely state of Alabama, currently in big-girl school studying Psychology and also a little bit of Law. I work part time waiting on tables, probably my least favorite aspect of life. My only roleplay character at the moment is Cameron; he's actually one of my newest characters, not having used him many times in other RPs. His namesake is actually my most beloved character's late husband / lover. His death is normally the driving force behind her personality and plot.
Things that I love:
*Reading: favorite novels include all seven Harry Potter books, every book written by Sue Grafton, the mysteries of Edgar Allan Poe, the Love Comes Softly series my Janette Oke, and the Sentinel Wars "dirty romance" series by Shannon K. Butcher
*Writing (obviously): I've been role playing since middle school... not sure I wanna reveal how many years ago that was.
*Video games: Xbox of course; currently looking forward to Gears 3 and Modern Warfare 3 as well as Assassins Creed Revelations.
*My black Labrador Rhett (where Cameron's little puppy gets his name, yes). Rhett was named after Rhett Butler of Gone with the Wind ^^
*My fiancee Robbie, mycaptive lover of three years and counting
*Shoes... nuff said.
Things I hate:
*People who think restaurant servers work for free
*Texting: I love to get phone calls... i hate using text messaging
*The fucking twilight series... a disgrace to both literature and vampires
*Religious solicitors... I've keep this comment to myself.
For the moment, I think that should do for an introduction. I'm loving the site so far and I can't wait to see it get off the ground. Anybody interested in threading together should hit me via c-box or PM
