Sure, he’s blunt most of the time, but somewhere along the line he’s quite trustworthy and loyal too. He may not be the nicest character at times, but to his friends he’s relatively decent and even if he says something particularly harsh, he means well. Or at least, one can hope he does. Either way, that’s just his nature, so don’t expect him to change that. Of course, for those that can’t get over that fact, he does have a lot of money which could change the opinions of many. Not that he’s one to buy friendship or anything, since honestly, he could care less about them altogether. But it does tend to attract a certain crowd who would perhaps befriend him just for the wealth that entails. | [atrb=style,border-right: 1px dotted #cbcbcb; padding: 10px 10px 0px 10px; color: #a1a1a1;][atrb=background,http://i.imgur.com/LoKpA.jpg] ② "enemies" - As annoying as they are to have, Kale does have them. With his family’s wealth, it tends to come with the territory and his general attitude doesn’t deter them much either. In fact, it attracts them so it wouldn’t be surprising if his enemies outweigh his friends. His apathetic nature doesn’t help much on the matter either as he can brush off just about anyone’s words on him with a mere shrug or his own retort without raising his voice. He’s also known to have a bit of a rebellious streak, so not listening to people and breaking rules is a relatively normal act for him, so he’s bound to leave a few unhappy faces in his wake. | | [atrb=style,border-left: 1px dotted #cbcbcb; padding: 10px 0px 0px 10px; color: #a1a1a1;][atrb=background,http://i.imgur.com/LoKpA.jpg] ③ "lovers" - Despite his status, Kale has had very few relationships in his life, most of which meant nothing to him. The majority of his relationships were nothing more than acts—to him, anyways—to annoy his parents, so in truth he’s still pretty new to the whole ‘love’ thing. That said, he isn’t a lovey-dovey type of person and regardless of his relationship with the person, he will speak his mind. Although he may try and tone it down a bit for that special someone if he finds it in him just so she doesn’t completely hate him. Not that that would last that long. I borrowed the reply template that I made for my own plot page for Joze (which is, coincidentally, the same, with slight modifications). Anyways, I think that the two would probably be annoyances to each other, but possibly schoolmates or even close friends, if you want to roll that way. Honestly, Joze is the type that's really anal about schoolwork during the school year, but is chill and relax during the summer, and the holidays, when she actually has time to relax. Although some holidays would be cut short depending on if she wants to take extra shifts at her work. These two polar opposite personalities, I think, would clash once in a while with Kale. She'll probably hate the fact that Kale has money (then again, she really hates people at her school who are in there because of their money - her scholarship status doesn't give her many friends), and the fact that he breaks rules. At least, during the school time when she's extra stressed and absolutely gets ticked off by every little thing. So that would be the annoyance section. Schoolmates - it's a little obvious, but out of curiosity, I only know that he attends a prestigious high school in Uptown, but Joze attends Elm Brook, and if Kale doesn't, it throws a brick in this whole plot. And close friends... well I'll let you decide, because I've rambled on enough already. Think - her relaxed, holiday state. |

Okay, well first off, Kale does attend Elm Brook, so no worries about these two knowing each other through school. Although given their ages, I’d assume they’re in different years? But yeah, I can see them being annoyances to each other more so than anything else, what with their different temperaments, especially with her know-it-all attitude. So they’ll definitely end up getting on each other’s nerves at some point or another, but close friends could work too. I mean, they both try and excel at school so that’s some common ground between them, though Kale’s more relaxed about it than Joze is. Then again, if anything, they’d probably be the type of friends who’d tolerate the other but doesn’t necessary hate/like the other too much. Or at least, that’s what Kale would feel, anyways.
So, I don’t know, but perhaps some sort of school-related thread then? Since it’s more or less how they’d know each other and pretty much the start of the school year, he’d probably bump into her while she’s stressing out or something about the new year? |

I promise it just sort of, slipped my mind. I'm pretty sure they're in different years, given their ages. I totally agree, and I'm not going to type out something long and drawn out, because that will be boring and I'm not really up for it at the moment. Anyways, EVERYTHING YOU SAID.
