zander murdoch. aka lochomel. twenty-five. ambiguous sexual orientation. hard-rock rockstar. guitarist and singer.
Meet Zander Murdoch, also known as Lochomel, the vocalist and one of the rhythm guitarists for the band "Torment". With the release of their first album, the band got a single ranking on the top forty, and skyrocketed into fame. Now, a few months afterward, another album is on its way, and it's highly anticipated by critics and fans alike. Torment has begun to tour the US, and Zander's life has changed drastically.
Zander, outside of the makeup and the theatrics, is a pretty grounded guy. He's compassionate, humorous, adventurous, and sociable. His stage persona, however, possesses a greater deal of confidence than he, and seems to be something of a rather intense personality, focusing on the music aspect of his life much more, and prone to anger more easily. Both are philosophical thinkers, and share a love of the arts. And though Lochomel appears rather confident around women, both have problems with physical intimacy. Where his stage persona might be able to flirt, Zander is likely to fail and flounder in that area.
So... I'm up for any plottage. Friends, fans, enemies, rivals. Getting in trouble with the authorities. Maybe someone who attended college with him while he was still aspiring to be a vet--you name it.

[shadow=gray,left,500] nathaniel and zander [/shadow] Okay, so it turns out that I have a few minutes before I need to go to work. I need to be quick about this so please excuse any typos or grammatical issues.
Anyways, I had this idea for how they could meet. Nathaniel's a photographer and Zander's a super star, right? The first thing that I thought of when I put those two together: paparazzo. Nathaniel is a student with huge loans after all. He needs cash and fast so he decided to try and get a pic of Zander so that he could sell it to a magazine. Nate would somehow get close to Zander (how with all the security I'm not sure but we'll figure out a way) and they'll meet that way.
With this scenario I'm leaning more towards enemies, but depending on whether Nate encounters Zander or Lochomel I think it could go either way. Let me know what you think and feel free to do whatever with this idea. I'll be off to hellduetothelackofwifi work now, 'kay? Bye!

Oooh. This has potential! I imagine there's plenty of ways to get past security--I mean paparazzi do it all the time in real life. I'm not sure if it's by sheer luck of perseverance or both in most cases, but I'm sure Zander's security is just like the rest of the world's security, and can't auto-rebuff the photo-snappers. XD Alternatively, if he wanted a better photo than a crappy one, and wanted to take more time, he could try to get to know Zander (devoid of the makeup and stage clothes and stage personality), and take a picture or two that way. The first scenario would likely be more aggressive, as it would be an annoying invasion of privacy. The second would be a little trickier, and I'm not sure how Zander would react to it.

[shadow=gray,left,500] nathaniel and zander [/shadow] Nate would actually do a combination of the both because although he's lazy and doesn't want to exert too much effort he would still go to great lengths for a good picture. In this case, I'm thinking this could go in a few different ways (ranging from most impulsive to most planned out):
(A) Nate gets in takes a picture, Zander has security throw him out
(B) Nate gets in, doesn't realize who Zander is starts and talking to him, realizes that they are mortal enemies, snaps a photo, gets thrown out
(C) Nate finds Zander, talks to him in order to become his friend, Nate gets inside access, betrays Zander, drama ensues
(D) Nate stalks Zander for weeks, tracking and gathering info, befriends Zander, gets inside access, Zander discovers Nate's info about him, Nate gets arrested
Obviously, nothing is set in stone and no one ever knows what might happen so feel free to change things to your liking. If you have a better idea, please let me know because this one has been kind of difficult for me to think of what would happen. Cx
