you see, ada is very short tempered[/b]. she doesn't suffer fools easily. in fact, she refuses to put up with anyone's crap. she'll jump into a verbally abusive fight so fast that sometimes it doesn't make sense. but see, ada refuses to allow herself or anyone she cares about to be picked on about anything. but once get over her bad traits, there are some redeeming qualities to ada. she is very bubbly[/i] and friendly[/i] if you stay on her good side. she is one of those people who are always smiling and trying to find something positive. ada is a big optimist. sometimes her good outlook on life annoys the people around her, but ada has never been one to care about what others think of her. ada can almost always be seen with a smile on her face.
ada is also fiercely protective[/i] of anyone she cares about or anyone who is being picked on. she can't stand bullies, and has gotten into more fights for friends or strangers than herself. ada is not someone who will ever sit idly by in any situation. she is loud and makes herself and her opinions known. finally, ada is a hopeless romantic[/i]. she loves reading romance novels, watching romance movies, dreaming about her perfect man. you see, ada has never had a relationship that lasted for more than two weeks. most of them were ended by her because the guy just wasn't right. some were ended by him because she was too loud. in any case, ada dreams of the day when she'll meet her one true love.[/blockquote]

ada's parents met in high school, their freshman year. their relationship was pretty much the kind that every girl dreams about. they hardly ever fought, it seemed like they were made for each other. they started dating their sophomore year and as soon as they turned eighteen, they got married. they moved in with ada's mother's parents, and got jobs while they went to school. ada's mother became an LPN and her father became a dental hygienist. with decent salaries, and the want to create a family of their own, they moved out. though, they really just moved down the road to the two bedroom house they still live in. they wasted no time in getting started on having children. but, like most couples who want to have children very badly, they had trouble. it turned out that ada's father had a very low sperm count. the doctor told them that with time it was possible for them to conceive, so they continued trying. they tried for five years, and ada's mother was getting desperate. she wanted a baby so bad, but alexander couldn't give it to her. it was this want to drove her to have an affair.
the affair only lasted a month, because renea had had a plan all along. she used the man to get what she desired most, a baby. renea put the affair behind her and told alexander the news. alexander loved his wife so much that he didn't even question whether or not the baby was his. ada was born, and thankfully looked just like a clone of her mother.
ada grew up in a stable environment with two loving parents. renea's secret was well kept from both of them, and while she and alexander continued to try to have kids, she secretly knew it would never happen. ada was spoiled as a child and doted on by all the members of her family. but ada was lonely. she had no siblings to play with. which is why her mother befriended the neighbors with a daughter around ada's age. the girl's name was josephine, and they became fast friends. they grew up together, started school together, they may as well have been sisters, and that was how ada looked at josephine. her parents had never been able to conceive, so josephine was the closest thing she had to a sibling.
ada and josephine went to school together their whole lives, and it was very seldom that one would ever see them apart. ada's life was happy and everything was perfect... until her parents started fighting. it started about a year ago, and they've fought almost every day since. ada's father has started treating her strangely, and ada's mother often sleeps with her. neither of them will tell her what is wrong, so she has decided to try and turn a blind eye to it. she doesn't stay at home much because she likes to avoid the situation. unfortunately, the situation at josephine's house isn't too great either. josephine and her brother are in a fight because of a scholarship, and she's so busy she's hardly ever home anyway. ada doesn't blame her though, she is proud of her friend and tries to help in any way she can, keeping the situation at her home secret because she doesn't want to cause josephine anymore heart ache.
