She is 4’11” tall and weighs 85lbs, so obviously she is petite in the extreme. Nana is the youngest of four children and the only girl. She has several phobias; she is terrified of dolls, puppets, animatronics, ventriloquist dummies, horses, and clowns. She is a ballerina in a small NY ballet company however she has a side job as a messenger for the Russian mafia. Personality-wise Nana is quite the character. She can be amiable, scatterbrained, playful, grouchy, loyal, obsessive, temperamental, childish, possessive, stubborn, independent, and expressive. She’s a huge comic book fan, wears an eye-patch, and has a penchant for beautiful girls. She’s also loyal to a fault, a fact which has gotten her into trouble on more than one occasion. Also, if you’re a comic book fanatic as well then Nana will probably be your best friend – well, so long as you don’t diss Nick Fury or Batman. Seriously though, there are various ways I can see people being friends with her. Perhaps you went to one of her company’s productions and somehow ran into her before or after the performance, or were just entertained by the miniature woman who dances with such intense passion. Also you might have seen her around campus if your charrie goes to NYU. Nana doesn’t attend the university, however her oldest brother is an English professor there so she visits him on campus quite frequently; Nate likes to have lunches with his cute little sister (and hound her about continuing her education). Or your charrie might even know her from her childhood, Nana grew up here in New York City – though she was away in Albany from the age of 10 until she was 14. Are you a woman? Great, you’re just Nana’s type! No, seriously, Nana can really be that shallow. She has no qualms hitting on a girl who has a boyfriend so long as she’s beautiful. She also doesn’t pay much attention to age. If you’re twenty years older than her or ten years younger, Nana couldn’t care less so long as you meet her aesthetic requirements which are, honestly, quite broad. She throws her whole self into relationships and can become a bit…intense. Nana has some obsessive stalker tendencies and can get a bit possessive; she can sometimes cross the line of what is legally and ethically acceptable… I can actually imagine Nana having one or two exes that have a restraining order against her just because of how obsessed she can get… On another note, I’m totally game for Nana having some one-night stands or dysfunctional love relationships. Also, anyone who runs with the Russian mafia and has seen her around is already something of an enemy to her. Actually, that’s a bit of a complicated situation… she isn’t exactly a part of the mafia, but she isn’t exactly not a part of it either. It makes her situation a little precarious and so she’s always a bit wary of anyone she meets with connection to the mafia. Also, it’s not terribly difficult to piss Nana off. Mostly she just gets annoyed by people who are nosy or who can’t keep their mouth shut – chatterboxes get on her nerves. She can also get mildly irritated by lazy people, they just rub her the wrong way. But a surefire way to get on Nana’s bad side is to pester her about her past, and if you ever came to learn about her parents’ double homicide and asked her about it…well, don’t be too surprised if she gives you a death glare and refuses to speak with you from then on.
