What about you? Do you have any clue what just happened?" What a silly question - she had no idea how or why this all had happened. Of course, she had a few ideas... Vague memories came back to her. It was almost impossible to piece together. "I'm okay... I guess." she shrugged. "No." she said simply. She didn't understand anything that had just happened. And where was Clotho? Sunshine felt an intense care for the woman... Why? She had nearly met the woman, though it felt as if she knew her for decades... She didn't understand anything. Following Christian, she stared at the winged woman - who had fallen on the ground. Is she alright? What happened? so many questions came to her. She watched as Christian shook her body. Nothing happened. The woman still laid still. Was she breathing? Sunshine knelt down to the fallen body. "No." she responded again to Christian's question. "Sorry. I'm just as confused as you are."
The green-haired girl stared intensely at the woman, who still laid on the ground, doing nothing. "She's not dead is she?" she asked. No, she's still breathing. At least, that's what Sunshine thought. What had happened to her? One moment, she was floating, the next, she was on the ground. "Do you think she's alright?" Sunshine sighed deeply. She felt the need to do something to help the girl - as if she had helped Sunshine dearly - but, what? She didn't know what to do at all. "Can we help her? In any way?" Didn't Christian know medical stuff or whatever? Sunshine, on the other hand, had no clue about what to do. All she really could do was pace around the woman and wait for her to wake up - if she did. I hope she's alright. Sunshine murmured, standing up. [/style]

| that is my fate | Fear. The feelings rolled off her in heavy torrents that threatened to overcome her physical body. Although she knew that everything around her withered in fear she couldn't help but reach towards the perfect nature around her. The petals on a soft pink flower quickly turned a pewter grey as soon as her fingers became too close to it. It didn't matter, it wasn't her position to care about such formalities. It was not her fault that the fragile objects nature held could not meet her extreme aura. The women took another step, she had no real idea where she was and it didn't matter. The world would wait for her, it was too afraid to do anything else but wait. She could still remember the say the shadow had freed her from her mortal body. She couldn't place her finger on exactly when she had been blessed with her freedom but cities had crumbled around her. New York was not her first choice in victims, she had been instructed to watch over the city until the right moment had come. She could feel the energies around her swirling in discomfort. The time had come.
The ground below her was shifting too fast for the women to truly see what was happening. The energy was drawing her ever closer to the source. Time was not her forte, she didn't know why now was the right time but she knew the past was drawing closer and closer onto the present. She would have witness the past unfold, the fact she had been entrusted to ensure that time played out as it was suppose to almost gave her a sense of honor. The black dress she wore seemed to cling to her body in a subtle slip that pronounced her curves in just the right places. She didn't care, it was the dress she had died in she had no choice but to honor her past life. It wasn't the black slip that she was so keen about. She could feel the fear start to roll off her like sheets of fabric covering her in layers of nightmares. The dress seemed to grow a flowey layer of grey smoke that clung loosely in a semi transparent gown. The ground below her feet continued to flash by as her dress continued to pick up layers of fear across New York. The energy source seemed to dim slightly before she could feel another two sources emerge.
She cursed slightly causing the smokey layers to curl up in her frustration, she did not have time since her enemy had seen her coming. The smokey layers continued to grow ever so slightly as she took her first step in a long time. The darkness around her was comforting as the smoke seemed to bellow out of the bottom of her smoke gown. She knew she was in some form of alleyway, the place seemed to welcome her presence. She had stepped out of a wall and was staring directly at the three energy sources. They seemed to be confused but she could have been wrong. They were no warriors, she was warned that warriors would meet her. The shadow could have been wrong, from what she understood the shadow was not the fabled catalyst. The shadow was most likely wrong, the catalyst was the only entity that could truly provide the final answer to right and wrong. It didn't matter to her, her instructions didn't include boasting in her masters failures.
Smoke rose at the other end of the alleyway blocking out the light that use to stream through from the street. The alleyway darkened so the only light seemed to come from her smoke and two of the energy sources. The smoke seemed to emit a grey pale sort of light that seemed to cast an eerie light. She had not expected the energy sources to have their own lights. The women appeared to emit some form of red light somehow and the man had a white light that was muffled by his shirt. They were no warriors, fear could eat them alive as she had planned. Tendrils of smoke seemed to snake out in front of her towards the two standing forms. The third seemed to be lying on the ground, not a current threat. The smoke seemed to shift in form, sometimes solidifying slightly to take shape of a clown or a mouth of razor sharp teeth. Fear had such a beauty to it that the women could not explain. Her dark red hair seemed to be plastered all around her as she watched her powers start to take form once more. It seemed like forever since she had last unleashed the fear the world needed.
Welcome to hell.
